By accessing and using Momento Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Momento Cloud is a real-time photo-sharing platform designed for events. It allows guests to upload and share photos by scanning QR codes placed at events. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all content you upload. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of any third party. You further agree not to use the Service for any fraudulent or harmful purposes.
4. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of any content you upload. However, by uploading content to Momento Cloud, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service.

6. Termination
Momento Cloud reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Momento Cloud be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
